Skill Verification
Tired of training with no accountability? Our courses are "Skill Verified" - meaning participants' line managers use clear criteria to confirm that training has been applied and skills have been developed. We track and capture overall management skill levels through the Embed'd platform.

Feedback tools
It's really important to get feedback data on how we are doing, our built in 360 feedback tool includes:
Built in guidance on how to give fair, objective and useful feedback that anyone providing feedback will see.
Questions can be asked to team members only to capture more accurate feedback that relates specifically to them.
We use "confidence weighted averages" so we can factor in how accurately people feel they can answer any given question.
An optional “Peer comparator score” so people can see how they scored vs their peer group - this is great for providing context and meaning.
Optional mini-courses on how to receive feedback well and how to build impactful development plans from 360s.
We recommend annual 360-degree reviews, customised to your business in order to make performance evaluations more objective.
Performance Management
We've included a performance management module where managers can:
Track and assign team objectives.
Formally escalate objectives facing blockers.
Flag objectives that are at risk of slipping.
Score each objective on completion.
Extract data on departmental performance.
Business intelligence
Leverage Embed'd data to measure management capability:
What was the average 360 score this year vs last year?
Did some questions score better or worse?
Look at the data by department or tag.
Do the same for objective scoring data and skill verification scores.
Use this data to make decisions about where you need to put your training resources.
